Works as advertised
Was delivered quickly. Well packaged. Installed easily and works great. I would say anyone with even a little electrical skill would have no problem with this repair.

Fits Mighty Pro X3
This is a replacement for the OEM pump that costs 2x as much. Very easy to install. A couple of tips: 1) Pay attention to flow direction before removing old pump. This does not come with the same connectors. Buy additional male/female connectors before replacing. 2) Don't even bother with the hose clamps that come from the factory. Cut them off and purchase new clamps before replacing. Takes less than 30 minutes to replace if you have all the above items ready to go. Pump has worked well.

Rug Dr x3
Installed on my rug Dr. Pro x3 to replace the pump that I though was bad. Turns out it was the filter screen I the tank instead. This replacement is nearly a like for like replacement, except the diode pack is built into the kit on this one. It is slightly smaller in size than the original, but works just fine. There is no polarity on this pump (wiring direction doesn’t matter).

Mighty Pro X3 Replacement
Replaced the broken pump in my mighty pro x3. Opted to make jumpers to adapt down from the original 1/4 quick connect to one size smaller, and replaced the oiteker 138 clamps with 140’s I had sitting around. Brown to Black, Blue to white for the wires. Had to remove a jumper from my OE harness on the vac, since the diode is wired directly onto the lead on this replacement. Seems to work well, at a lower cost than the rug doctor store equivalent.

Rug doctor OEM replacement
We’ve used this twice in 2 different machines and both are working well.

Part failed within 5 minutes.
First of all I have serviced Rug Doctors for over five years. This part was installed and worked for less than 5 minutes. Attempted a return or exchange and Amazon states this part is not eligible. Very disappointing. DO NOT ORDER THIS PART!

Wrong plug ends.
Unit didn't come with the correct wire connectors.Had to order the right one from rug doctor.

Save $$$, works great, requires change to connectors
Pump was a perfect replacement, but required replacement of the power connectors. I was able to splice the ones from the old pump to the new pump, but you could also use crimp on connectors of the right size.
