Looks sturdy, feels sturdy. I have thick orthotics , this shoe easily accommodates them. 2 months in with hard usage still intact!!

Unfortunately this was too small and I had to return it. This is an amazing brand although I believe you should order one size up or have a size up.

Terrible service provided by Amazon.The right and left boot are not the same colour.There was no labelling attached to the boots that you normally get with new boots. I thought it was UK regulation that new footwear must be labelled with an indication of the main material from which the upper, lining and sock, and outer sole are made in the form of either pictograms (symbols) or words. The label should be attached to at least one item of footwear per pair.These boots had none of this. And there was no packaging inside the boots that you normally get inside new boots.Which makes me wonder if these boots are even new or genuine Keen boots.I signed up for Amazon Prime so I could get these boots on next day delivery as I needed them urgently.When I got in touch with Amazon this morning to request a replacement pair I was told they won’t do this. Yet the same boots, same size same colour is still advertised at the same place on the Amazon website but they want £47.60 more for these same boots. So I’m expected to pay an extra £47.60 because of Amazons poor quality management. Should it not be up to Amazon to fulfil my original order, I would have hoped so but they tell me another story.What a waste of time and money and a pure rip off.I accept if the size wasn’t correct that would be on me, but a different colour of left and right boot, come on that’s just poor poor service…..Update:- I sent an e-mail to Amazon after no joy with their customer services and they offered to cover the extra cost for replacement boots which I received today from Amazon. Happy with outcome and happy with my new boots.
