The quality of these is great. The adhesive is perfect. They’re sticky but not too sticky so they don’t rip the page if you remove them. The size is PERFECT for planners and calendars so you can make plans and change them if needed. *note: these work best with sharpie and you have to let the ink dry for about 20 seconds. Felt tip pens/markers don’t dry and smudge and ball point pens smudge a little as well but not terribly.

Pencil even worked! Took a second for pen to dry but then it wasn’t smeary after that. They also are very easy to remove and restick. Actually very clear I can still see the text behind it. A great tool for students to take notes in textbooks!! Haven’t tried a highlighter thought, I’d be cautious and make sure it doesn’t transfer. But regular pen was fine !

I love these for annotating but you have to be careful with certain pens on them because they will bleed or wipe off even if you let them dry for a long period of time, best to use a sharpie with them.

I love these! I use them to help my new reader be able to mark up words to help her sound them out. Instead of writing in the actual book I can lay these over the paragraph and she can see through them and do her markings.

these really don't stick well to anything I've tried them on --- plastic or paper for various office labeling tasks.Also, do not accept and hold ink well -- very smudgy

I bought these for work. Worked with some pencils, not others. None of these stick to regular printer paper. What should be the sticky end has a goo substance on both sides but neither side actually sticks. They are completely transparent though, you can’t see them on the paper. But a total waste of money. Not worth my time to return.

I got the 1.5" x 1.5" size transparent note pads. It's the perfect size for what I need them for. I recommend you use a ballpoint pen to write on it since it can slip & bleed ink with gel pens. I've been trying to find something like this for a long time and I'm so glad I found this! I literally have a lifetime supply now! Yay!!

You really do get this many, and they are the size the say they are, which is smaller than the typical smaller post-it notes. My disappointment comes with the fact that the top half of the note (the part where there would be adhesive on the back), always has sticky residue leftover from the prior note. The adhesive covers over half of the note, which, while you can technically still write on it, means that over half of your note is sticky on the front each time you use one. The stickiness is subtle, it's almost the texture that bothers me more since the bottom third (or whatever's left) is so smooth. They function fine otherwise, it just feels like they're compromised in that way.
