Finally found an essential oil diffuser I am really happy with! I've used essential oils and their diffusers for many years and by now know what I like and dislike in a EO diffuser.Verdict : Stop looking - buy this Daroma ceramic diffuser!Pros:- Not Plastic! The ceramic base/water reservoir won't be degraded by EOs like plastic is. And besides not purchasing yet another plastic product, do you really want degrading plastic diffused into the air you breathe? The air diffusion mechanism in the water reservoir of course is plastic, as is the base with the electronics (which the ceramic reservoir sits on) but those don't concern me as much.- Value is excellent. The ceramic diffuser isnt as expensive, or indeed as fragile, as glass nebulizers. The glass nebulizers seem to be the only other alternative to plastic diffusers, except for this. Obviously you may find cheaper plastic diffusers, but they degrade within a few years max, and, well... Plastic.- Made in Taiwan, not (mainland) China. I believe I read the ceramic reservoir might be handcrafted, not sure.- Mist output is great; much better than nebulizers. Plus adds humidity to air in dry indoor climates; helpful to prevent, heal respiratory issues. Also you can adjust the mist volume output (!)- Remote control!!! Need I say more? I'm chronically sick so spend more than average time in bed. The remote itself is a lovely feature for me. But it isn't just on/off. There is : Mist output volume control; light controls (which color or none at all); duration (1, 3, 6 hours or continuous)... all accessible in your hand. I'd buy it again just for this, I'm spoiled now.- Color/light is very nice. Unobtrusive, fades in and out cycling thru white, red, pink, purple, blue, green, yellow. Each color lasts about 3-5 seconds, tho the fadein/fadeout makes it hard to be precise. Pretty, not garish, colors. Not too bright either.- Quiet, unlike the glass nebulizer which isnt bad but for a light sleeper is a challenge. This ceramic diffuser makes NO noise at all.- 300 ml capacity. That's over about 1-1/4 measuring cups or 10 oz. Enough to make it thru the night and then some.- Value, very competitively priced. It even costs less now than when I first bought one a few weeks ago. Back for more!Cons- Looks. Maybe? A minimalist look, it's not the "prettiest" or fanciest out there, but I like its sleek simplicity. Having too easily knocked over/bumped and ultimately broken other fancy or glass designs, this is simple with a shallow but wide base. Even so I did manage to bump it over when moving things (wasn't careful, too lazy to move it away 1st). It dumped the contents but didn't break or chip, tho it landed on carpet after knocking into a metal light. Electronics still work too. Don't try this at home, people; just my observation. Concluded from this tho that it's well constructed.Daroma seems to be the only vendor selling a ceramic diffuser (as described) on Amazon. I spent a long time searching for my requirements (main one being little to no plastic), and this not only met my hopes it exceeded them! I'm very pleased with it. The lower price and current coupon help too! Buying a 2nd and possibly more for gifts.No I didn't get any freebies for this review. Took a chance since there were no other reviews yet, but return policy seemed reasonable. Didn't need it. Very, very pleased with this diffuser. Highly recommend!

Update: The customer service has reached out to me saying that they would love to replace or refund. So I updated to include this great customer service in my review——Barely smell anything with all four reeds in.Be careful! Previous good reviews are not for this product!!!Can’t feel the smell unless your nose are just near the bottle. it is also kind of leaked because the paper inside the packages got wet( see the picture.Anyway, I won’t recommend anyone to buy this.

I bought this a few days ago and really liked the light aroma so ordered one for my sister, however, it was broken.

I got the rose one, the scent is good not too strong or smell too synthetic. Overall I like it
