All 4 batteries arrived dead. Buyer beware.
Best before date was 2021, a fair few years into the future yet all 4 batteries were dead. They did not work in the intended item and when tested with a multi-meter all batteries had no charge at all. Given the amount of positive reviews I can only assume that I received a faulty batch. Amazon have said that these batteries aren't eligible for a refund so be aware of this gamble factor when ordering.

These are dangerous and should be withdrawn from sale
These batteries were delivered on 21 December. They were for a led light luminaries. I started to use them on 22 December but within a couple of days they were dead. The light was only used in the evening. I had two left and after testing they show a low level of charge. I took out the batteries this morning and one just exploded whilst on a table hitting my face. I was not injured but could have been if it hit my eye. These are totally inferior, the were not at a fully charge level despite use by date 08/23 and dangerous to use. I have wasted my money

Cheap but SHORT SHELF LIFE - only to 2023 :(
Well, they're cheap - which is good - and arrived after a couple of days, which is ok.BUT they have a SHORT SHELF LIFE - these are "best before" October 2023 which is POOR.... normally when you buy batteries they should have about 10 years, not just under 3 left.I bought this for my desk calculator which has an LCD display and switches off automatically after a few seconds so the battery should last absolutely years - and the last battery was the one it came with new about 12 years ago... I very much doubt this one will last anything like as long as that. Perhaps I should treat myself to a new calculator you might say - but there again I like this one and the older it gets the more fond of it I am... we've done a lot of calculating together!Fingers crossed I don't have to fiddle about trying to get the back off it again for many, many years to come. I'll feel cheated if the battery I put in it runs out in less than 5 years and I've carefully saved the "spare" one only to find that's become a duff by then too!

Cheaper than the shops
Very happy with these batteries. I bought them for a set of carp bite alarms -> Discoball 4pcs Original New Wireless Fishing Bite Alarms + 1pc Receiver [Adjustable Function: 4 modes of Tone and 4 modes of Volume ]. There are 4 alarms, so I bought 2 packs of these batteries (2 per pack). Being Energizer, they have a good reputation, which was good enough for me, & I'm sure they will last me quite a long time. Just to be sure they won't run down, I always remove the batteries after each fishing session.Going by other reviews on here, it looks like these batteries fit a large selection of devices. I researched the battery type/size, & according to Wiki, any of the following numbers are equivalent to these: A23, 23A, 23AE, GP23A, V23GA, 8LR932, LRV08, 8LR23, MN21 & L1028. If you're unsure about the battery size you require for your device, Google is your freind ;)

Excellent value product
The Energizer brand is now my go-to brand as I have not had any leakage problems with these, unlike Duracell! These are priced at less than a third than you'd pay in a supermarket and promptly delivered to the door.Great value product.

Duds or hopeless
I got these batteries for a laser pointer (for the cat to chase), which replaced the supplied Chinese batteries. Which have lasted a few weeks of intermittent use. The Energizers lasted for about 30 seconds before the laser pointer disappeared. I don't know if I got a dud batch of batteries or they're just hopeless, but I was pretty unimpressed. (And bought a USB laser pen instead.) They're not expensive so it wasn't worth pursuing a refund. I would lean towards something with a copper top next time.

For car key fob and kithen scales.
I needed two of these batteries for my Mitsubishi key fobs. The original batteries were 5 years old and almost dead. After replacing the old ones with the Energizer batteries, I could operate the car locks from the back of my house when the car was parked on the drive at the front of the house, very impressive. I purchased a four pack as they were much better value for money than a two pack only to discover a week or two later that I needed a new battery in the kitchen scales, an LR44/A76 battery. Most fortuitous.

4 Decently Priced Batteries
These batteries are fairly priced for a known brand. Cheaper than some more popular brands, but not as cheap as the unknown brands so I'd say a good middle-ground. Amazon have asked me to rate something called 'Remote Control' but I'm not sure what that means - I've left it blank but it might skew my review. It's supposed to be a 5 star review and the batteries seem genuine and work well for the intended purpose (a kids toy). Longevity-wise, who knows as the last set of batteries in the toy lasted almost 2 years so I'll remember to come back and update this review in 2023. !remindme 2023
