Smells and treats my hair just like Aveda Damage Control products! It doesn't have a floral or perfumey smell as some conditioners do... you can smell a bit of lavender in it... and as some have said can tend to smell a bit medicinal, but that doesn't stay in your hair... it just feels rich and creamy... and is very kind to my hair... I have course "Janis Joplin" type hair, and this does really well for taming it without weighing it down.. just like the expensive stuff!

I have used BWC products for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. They have several different types for all needs and at a decent price and entirely cruelty free.

Not great. The shampoo and conditioner combo seems to make my scalp dry and doesn't get tangles out well. I love that it's crulety free.

This works well for me. I purchased this to use instead WEN, and it does a decent enough job at leaving my scalp and hair clean and conditioned. I have using conditioner only for several years.

This is a great hair conditioner. I have color teated hair and it doesn't strip the color! (maybe it has a hidden talent). My only regret is that I didn't discover it sooner. Why test on animals when you don't have too?

I have no idea how well this product works. The smell led to that the conditioner never ever got in my hair. It smells terrible! I should have trusted the other review also talked about the terrible odor this product has.

Well, I really wanted to like it. It has fewer chemicals in it and is cruelty free which is what I was looking for. I liked the richness of the conditioner. Fragrance is nice. After using it, I found combing out my hair more difficult than w/ my previous conditioner. The clencher was when my hair stylist said that my hair seemed "drier" and she complained of the difficulty combing my hair out. Sorry wish I could recommend it! Still am using the shampoo,though!
