Charged massager and it worked great - for about 60 seconds. It doesn't hold a charge and will quit working shortly after you try to use it.Correcting my previous review. Evidently the cord was not going into the machine correctly. Therefore wasn't charging. I had my son take a look at it and he fixed it. It charges now and runs great. This is a great hand held tool.

Worth the price for what I need - neck and shoulder tension. Wondering about the long-term. Multiple speed and light. Wish it were a bit quieter, but again worth the price.

An acquaintance of mine bought a massager very similar to this but for three times the price. I gave this one a shot and let him try it too. He regretted not being able to return his to a local store. This massager unit is very strong, very versatile, very reliable. I strongly recommend it.

Does what it advertise. The product has very strong vibrations. You can only change the strength of vibration not the pattern

UPDATE:The customer service of this product reached out promptly upon hearing that there's an issue. They're more than willing to help out and replace the product immediately. From 1 star, I increase to 3 stars for such good customer service. They even replace the broken product immediately. It remains to be seen if the replacement will last longer, but I will be remiss if I don't mention that the seller is quick to react and is helpful.Barely any pressure applied and it was on the lowest setting (I was applying to my calf) when suddenly there was this weird sound and the attachment just broke. I saw the 'broken up' part of it, and I'm glad I didn't get hurt by it. It just shocked me. I will be returning this product since it's purchased less than 30 days. I could've given it 2 stars, because before it broke, the most issue was the 'gun' seems to 'die' off every few minutes (yes, the 'gun' was fully charged) and my husband enjoyed being massage by it. But after it broke the way it broke, it scared the begeezus out of me that if this is what I'm paying for (for buying something so affordable), and I'm just lucky I didn't get hurt when it broke, then, maybe it's worth looking at other massage guns with better reputation...

This is a must to have! It’s perfect to get out those knots in your back that come after working a long day. The tips are very soft on your back and easily Changeable. Good value for your money.
