Is this food okay for young rats?

This doesn’t have quite enough protein for a young rat, but if you give an extra source Of it along with this food I’m sure that would give them all they need (Like I give some egg or chicken a couple times a week while they’re younger). I feed my rats this and they are ages 6mo-2yrs and they are all very healthy with shiny coats.

Yes, I checked with the manufacturer and they have just renamed the food Selective Rat and Mouse food. The original name was just Selective Rat Food, so you just got one of the packages from before they changed the name.
