This medicine works nicely. That's the important thing, I suppose. My daughter doesn't like the taste at all, unfortunately. She loves chocolate. But the chocolate flavor of this medicine is a bit 'off'. It is sort of chalky tasting and leaves your tongue feeling a bit strange. But it's medicine, it's not gourmet sipping chocolate. I get that. Luckily, my daughter is one of those kids who will take it anyway, regardless of how little she likes it.

Works great, tastes good!
This is the ONLY cough medicine I can get my daughter to take, and it actually works too. I was really disappointed when my local store stopped carrying it, but so glad to see it on Amazon and at a better price.

My grandson has lots of little colds and sniffles all season long, so I always keep a bottle of this on hand. It tastes really good ( just like chocolate syrup) so it's very easy for him to get down, and it actually does the trick! Great stuff!

Just tastes better. I wish they would have made this when ...
only cold med my child will take without a complaint and works just as well as any other cold med. Just tastes better. I wish they would have made this when I was a child as I hate taste of meds to this day.

Kids love it!
My daughter loves her "chocolate" medicine. It makes life so muc easier, with a sick child, when you can get medicine in them! I have recommended Dr.Cocoa to my friends for a few years now and it the best solution for those pesky coughs.

My child loves this so much she looks forward to taking medicine. This is tasty and effective. I can't find this in any stores since we moved to FL so ordering on Amazon has been a blessing.
