No buying gas and no electrical cord.
Does not do the whole of my yard on one charging but it is great to use and does a great job. No having to buy, store and use gas, and no extension cord to risk running over. Fairly quiet too. I do have a fairly large area of lawns and it does not do them all on one charge and it feels hard to maneuver on steep bits. But delighted with it.

Runs smoothly, cuts even wet grass
Basically, the lawn mower came assembled. All my husband did was attach the handle. Although it’s a heavy item, it maneuvers well especially with using the self-propel feature. I can’t lift it but I can mow the lawn with it. It comes with 2 batteries and 1 charger and looks exactly like the Amazon site picture. It takes about 5 hours each to charge the batteries and mowing time with a full charge is about 45 minutes. The first time we used it the grass was wet, but it worked well in spite of it..,we just had to remove clumps of grass occasionally. We’re pleased with this mower and have “no buyer’s remorse.”

Very good overall
Overall, I this is a really solid mower. The only real complaint I have is that I've never gotten near the advertised battery life. Not a huge deal for me (I dont mind taking a break between sections of my lawn) but I can see how it might be a real problem for people

Mowing 1acre lawn
Heres how it looks assembled/ stored away. This is also a picture of my front yard, not including my back yard. Front yard is more challenging than my back yard because of the up hill and trees I have. Luckily I can adjust the speed so that I can use the self-propelled pacer lever to push up hill with ease. There's also different modes to adjust how high you want your grass to be cut. The only thing I have a issue with is battery life. But this is the result I got.

Batteries
Do not buy this lawnmower. Battery life is 10 minutes. I talked to the company and they said you only get up to 45 minutes if you don't use self propel. If you use self propel feature, it cuts the time in half so it is a worthless piece of garbage. It takes two days to cut a small yard because after 20 minutes, the batteries are drained and it takes hours to recharge.

Has a lot of power, was worried it wouldn't.
I like the drive speed is adjustable to your walk speed.I found out by accident the drive can be used without running the blade if you just wanted to walk it back to a storage or a grass dump area.I have a small yard but I never use more than 1 battery to complete the job, about 30-40 minutes. I think it wouldhave about a 60 minutr run time with both batteries.Very happy with my choice. How to Start the mower I found out with some frustration. Press and hold start button for 3 seconds then pull blade bail, as it starts release button. Directions weren't clear on starting, even support help wasn't helpful. When I figured it out with support on the phone, I told her to put those start instructions in her notes.

Mower is good. Batteries are not.
Mower works quite well. No issues with it whatsoever. The batteries however are not great at all. It hasn't even been a year yet and the batteries aren't lasting as long as they used to. Plus, they take longer to charge. I suppose this was bound to happen, but not after less than a year. If I have to replace the batteries every year or so, that is ridiculous. And they are not cheap to replace. I wish I could recommend the mower because I like it very much but with the battery issue, I just can't. And now, my backup battery (it came with the weed wacker I purchased separately but fits the mower too) lasts for only fifteen minutes. And this battery is younger! Ridiculous.

This Mower is Okay
After my husband passed, my lawn guy started doing real sloppy work, and some of the chores that were agreed upon for his monthly fee fell completely into oblivion. When he raised his price on top of it, I decided to do my yard work on my own.The first step was of course, to buy I lawnmower I could maneuver. This is one of the pluses about the Powerworks, with adjustable self propelling it is very easy to move around. I live in SW Florida, and our grass here is very dense and coarse, but this mower has no problem giving my lawn a nice, even cut.The blade is hight adjustable and has the perfect setting for the way I want my lawn to look. When it comes to the batteries, this tool is a big disappointment. I only get about 20 minutes of mowing time out of two fully charged batteries. This means I am able to mow about half of my lawn with one charge. The charging time for these batteries is ridiculously long. I would say it takes about 5h to charge one of them.At the moment I only have the single charger that came with the mower. That means to fully charge the batteries for use takes 10h.I thought about buying another set of batteries and an additional charger, but the accessories for this tool are very expensive. Two batteries and a charger would cost about 70% of the price I initially paid for the mower and included batteries/charger. I am not willing to pay this amount of money for 20 minutes of mowing time.It takes me two days now to get my lawn done because of the battery issues, but it is still cheaper than paying someone for a mediocre mowing job.The only reason I rated this product with only 3 stars is the battery issue and the very expensive prices for add-ons.As far as the quality of the mowing job is concerned, I would easily rate it a 4 star product.I only use the mulching attachment, so I can’t give any rating for the included grass catcher. From the looks of it, it seems sturdy, and I don’t see a reason why it shouldn’t work just fine.
