Q: Will it fit a size 20?

no, it will not fit size 20. The Hatley "one size" are not all the same size, which is really weird, but I have tried them all and the best one is the Hatley "Social Butterfly" shirt. I have about 4 of them. I don't understand why there is such a difference; even if you get the white one, Social Butterfly is the biggest. Such inconsistency. Good luck.

Q: Can anyone who has purchased these night shirts please tell me if the stitching is cotton thread or polyester?

Label says "100% cotton, exclusive of decoration". Not sure if I'd bet my life or health on it if allergies are the concern. Maybe the distributor has more information for you. Good luck.

Q: Where are these made?

I'm going from memory (not currently at home) but, I think they are made in Canada.
