Really great quality. V comfortable. Great value

Only had these a few days but quite impressed. As others have said, I did find the fit more like a half size up but they are not as wide as one of their work boot inspired range.The sole of the boot does seem suitable for walking with a softer, almost hiking trainer feel about it. I’m yet to try them on a 6mile/10Km + walk yet though. The insole does have a pleasant cushioned feel, that said I’ve actually added a new insole in order to support my arch but there is adequate space due to the slightly larger fitting.Cannot comment on the waterproofing too much at the moment. I was caught in a downpour on first outing and they were rain resistant but I’d always recommend adding extra waterproofing to any boot/shoe you intend on using them in extremes.

Very comfortable and true to size

These are great very comfy boots. Easily wear for days and days. Look classy and brilliant for urban and country wear and get admiring looks. Although walking type boot look they are not heavy and clunky like normal walking boots... made of lovely leather but light weight. Be quite happy to go for country strolls in these although be light duty for mountain use ( but that's not what there made for). Haven't tested waterproofness but they have a liner so sure be fine. My feet feel ready for anything in these! I was hesitant to purchase because of the lace up type (hiking boot type) but they look brill on and have no hesitation in recommending them.

My previous pair of Sire boots fell to bits. That was after around five years of very heavy use. They were my go to boots for everything; I wore them to walk the dog, go to the shops, with a clean and polish, out in the evening. As an amateur musician I wore them on stage, I wore them walking in the country, on holiday, for long drives. After a while they would look terrible, but would polish up as good as new. Always comfortable and, until the very end reliably waterproof.I hope my new pair will be as good.

Mit großen Füßen ist es oft schwierig, passenden Schuhe, dazu noch Stiefel zu finden.Die Cats sitzen wirklich super, das Material ist sehr angenehm und geschmeidig.Aufgrund des groben Profils hat man auch bei rutschigem Untergrund einen guten Halt.Daher, Empfehlung von mir (hab Sie auch zu einem guten Preis ergattern können)

Je ne ferai pas trente km dans la journée avec ces chaussures, il en existe des spécialement conçues pour ça. En revanche, elles sont très confortables, légères et avec un bon grip sans pour autant vous laisser deviner la plus mince aspérité du sol, ou se découper à la moindre ronce qui dépasse. C’est du Caterpillar quand même ! Mais pas de la chaussure de randonnée !Le côté «flan vanille » de vos chaussures, bien que très appétissant, n’en finira pas de vous angoisser. La peur de les sagouiner vous fera renoncer aux sentiers crados empruntés par les biques ou de bords de mer aux flaques salées…Soyons francs: vous allez finir par les graisser, mais trop tard. Vous les graisserez lorsque vous aurez fait l’irréparable, la hideuse tache de cambouis sur cette teinte magnifique, sur cette couleur unique et sublime. Alors je vous conseille de les graisser tout de suite avec une très bonne graisse (l’Ouraline en vente ici est excellente) qui, bien qu’elle fonce très légèrement le cuir, vous donnera une patine qui rendra vos chaussures uniques, avec du vécu.Voilà tous les déboires qui vous guettent avec ces chaussures que vous ne quitterez plus, sauf au lit.Allez-y, à ce prix là c’est cadeau.
