I don't know why this product only has 68% 5-Star ratings. I'd give it 110%! I got it as a free sample with an Amazon order, and didn't use it for quite a while. But one day when my elbow was severely aching, I remembered it. And Wow! Put it on, massaged it in and pain was gone. It's a liitle pricey, but it works wonderfully! Highly recommend it.

Works well. Used for shoulder and neck pain. Strong menthol odour. Takes a few minutes to activate. Provides decent heat and lasts fairly long. Expensive but worth it.
