I loved the clock it’s as advertised: • Easy to set and re-set. • Visible level of lighting but not too bright. • It takes 2 “D” batteries not the AA mentioned. • HUGE numbers as stated. Huge. • It tells time, just time and alarm, no complicated add-ons.

Bought this to be able to easily see what time it is in a large bright room. I have it running on the batteries and haven't needed to replace them yet and its been a few months. I would have liked to see it come with a wire and power adapter to run on 120 but I'm not going to complain with how many unused ones usually come with things.

Everything i expected with the only exception being i would have liked if the bright mode as a bit brighter. Not suited for rooms with direct sunlight as it can get harder to read at distance. In other lighting conditions it works well.

This is a unique digital clock mainly because it has huge lighted numbers using solely replaceable batteries. Set and forget. Great for elder people to place anywhere, including bedroom.

So I bought this because I needed a wall clock that runs on batteries & is large enough to see without my glasses from bed. Our cat kept knocking the bedside alarm clock on the floor. It does all that. However even with the auto dim feature if any light is on in the bedroom it makes it unreadable. It also always manages to be 3-6 minutes fast. No matter how many times you change it back. I’ve had for 2 years now and only have had to change the batteries once. The price was decent as well. It’s very sturdy & heavy so recommend using anchors if hanging on wall. There is three screws for hanging but we only needed to use two.

we got this clock for the bedroom. I cannot sleep with a ticking clock. This one is perfect. A little hard to see the numbers if mounted on a wall. It is bright red when lights are on but it automatically dims when lights are off.

Clock is very easy to read. Large numbers are easy to read even in daytime. It is used in bedroom, so viewing lying down is very important. Not used for alarm, as it is located to far from bed.

I wanted this clock for a small home office where I needed to be able to see military time. With any light in the room, it's all but impossible to view the display. Yes, there is a brightness adjustment setting which I used. It made little difference, as the above photo shows. Additionally, it is meant to be a wall clock but has a very bulky back, which makes it stick out a great deal from the wall. Very disappointed in this product
