Overall the product is an excellent product well worth what is paid for it and I would recommend its purchase, however, its only two failings were instructions for assembly are too small to make out how to assemble and the riser bar to wall fittings are of a weak plastic construction easily damaged if accidentally overtightened due to the fixing screws being a longer length than required rather than being of the correct length exactly. The manufacturer is addressing the broken part issue for me so well done dollhouse for that! But if extreme care is taken a good end result can be obtained.

Like the shower, easy to install once you have the correct instructions.Box included the wrong instructions leading me to believe I was missing a piece. I contacted the seller and was told "just try and make it", which I was unimpressed with, untill I noticed the attachment of the correct instructions. With the correct instructions it was easy to install. ****Unless you're very very short you will need a longer pipe than the connector pipe supplied****You also need a very large Allan key to take the nut off the bottom.Looks good, works well.

The media could not be loaded. This arrived a few days after I ordered it and got the change to install it a few days later, easy to install just needed a drill a tile bit and a screw driver took about 45mins after I had to keep running back to my shed cause I forgot bits but really easy to install and it all works as it should even with our rubbish water pressure, happy kids now cause they are not standing in in plug hole to shower, happy other half cause it didn't leak everywhere when installed and happy me cause I've been after ine for a while

It is broken after a few months .it is leaking all over .

This item is cheap but, although it looks good, the quality is not exceptional and come very poorly packed, items floating around in a large box. My unit came with the wrong instructions which, although I contacted the seller, they failed to remedy. However, installation is not difficult. Main issues are:- The retainer nut (for the diverter) on the riser must be taken off to allow the brackets and hand held shower holder to be fitted. This requires a large Allen Key which needs to be turned CLOCKWISE to get it off, because it is reverse threaded. Some comments have said getting this off is impossible, probably because they are trying to remove it anti clockwise.- The brackets are a very tight fit to the riser pipe and need to be worked a bit before installation to get them on and off easily. A bit of WD40 very useful here.- The brackets holding the riser are not the best quality plastic fixing and come with very small round head screws that could easily break through the plastic. I immediately replaced these with larger diameter round head screws to secure the brackets.- The diverter 1/2" screw outlet to the hose is too short to fit and seal the hose from leakage so I added and extra washer to make it water tight.- The main shower head does not fit the thread at the top of the riser very well (the thread on the pipe is not the best) and needs PTFE thread seal tape to make sure it is secure and water tight.Other than this I had problems with quality. The chrome on the riser was damaged in a number of places with my item and the hand held shower head leaked at its connector end because of bad construction and insufficient sealing (I will replace with a better head). Because of these issues the seller quickly offered a part refund.The unit works and looks good installed, but whether it will stand the test of time, only time will tell.

Great, took me all of 20 minutes to install easy fit, even sealing tape in the box, love the rain head and hand held with atomiser setting... Looks like an expensive shower not a cheaper budget.... impressed!

Have been using this for less than 2 mths and fit for bin. Flimsy, washers don't fit nor does the plumbing tape stop the water.Hose dosent allow much water through so not much power and all bolts connecting it together went brown withing a few weeks.Really dissapointed
