New watch stopped after 9 months and Stuhrling wanted me to pay $30 plus my shipping costs of $8 to have the warranty service - the watch was $45. Cust service gave me the wrong battery number after they requested a pic of the watch which I sent, and I had sent the model number 2x. I ordered the battery they said and am now out $2 more.I have ordered the correct battery, after opening the watch, and will try to fix it myself.
