GAME CHANGER! This is my favorite pencil!
These pencils are outstanding & they write as smooth as room temperature butter. I love these pencils so much that I'm never going back to my Palomino, actually, because in my opinion the quality exceeds that of the Palomino. If you're a person that has hand pain flare ups, you may want to give these a try. They're slightly less dark than a standard 2B pencil (but still a high quality grade 2B!), they write super smoothly, the grip is easy, and the pencil is very light. Feels like writing with air and the pencil screams fancy, if you care about that kind of thing. This particular pencil is the reason why I journal more often these days.**Note: Although, the Mitsubishi Hi-Uni pencil also writes smooth and is light, it has slightly more resistance to the page than my Tombow 2B and it's way more expensive ($25 for a 12 pack compared to about $12 for 2B Tombow Mono 12 pack). The Test Scoring 100 pencil is a cheaper alternative to these Tombow Mono pencils ($17 for 35), but it writes a little darker and the hexagon shape is a little more pronounced.

Excellent pencils for drwing, design, and woodworking
I bought these to use in a cabinet shop. I like to see a line when I draw it, and I don't want to press too hard into the wood. These pencils are perfect for that. Additionally, I use them for drawing and designing. If you use them right, you don't have to sharpen as much. I will constantly be keeping these in stock in my tool bag.

Best pencils I have
I am only just learning to draw so I have not yet splurged on the super fancy expensive pencils. However, I try to get find brands that are still good quality. Of them all, these are definitely the best. The graphite is really smooth and has the right darkness for 2B. Also they don't break off easily when I am sharpening them with a knife. I have other pencils (Kimberly) that are maybe a tiny bit less expensive but they have a shiny graphite that doesn't make dark enough marks or go on paper easily at all and they always break when I sharpen them.

Great product
Tombow pencils continue to be my go to for performance and durability, and would recommend to anyone. I use from 2h to 4b with excellent results always. However if you are switching from some of the European brands you may find the grading a little softer than what you are used to, but they are consistent so this works for me.I have also found no quality difference from those made in Japan to those made in Vietnam. However I would prefer Japanese made vs Vietnamese made (but that's just me)

My go to for quick sketches
I prefer an F lead for under drawings and preliminary sketches. It’s between an H and HB. I usually use a Derwent but saw that Tombow makes them as well. I have used their marker for decades so thought I would give the pencil a try. Now I swap off between this one and the Derwent. I can’t say that I notice any huge differences in quality but I’m using it as a sketching pencil and not for finished graphite art, so maybe I can’t tell. But it leaves a very smooth, consistent line and the feel of holding the pencil is comfortable.

All the same pencil
All right so this is kind of on me cuz I didn't read the description well enough, but I guess I thought I was getting a full pencil set and what I actually got was like 10 or 11 H pencils which you know are fine cuz I use them a lot for sketching but it's kind of weird to get a lifetime supply of those in one Fell Swoop

Can finally see what I write!
It’s been over 60 years since I was introduced to (saddled with?) the famous (should be infamous) #2 pencil in first grade, and I am so glad to be rid of it! These 3B pencils produce writing that’s much easier to see and once I ordered some Papermate erasers to fit onto them, I was waxing poetic in no time.

These are great
These are great for drawing and even for writing. Very smooth graphite and somewhat semi dark graphite , really great for writing or drawing perhaps. It's a nice looking pencil and somewhat well made i would say.
