These pans are great! I do a lot of baking for my church, and prefer stainless steel, with a lid. I have ordered these pans multiple times because they limit your purchase to only 2 pans at a time. Mine are used every week and I have not had any problems at all. The lids are sturdy enough that you can easily stack them. The pans have been both hand washed and machine washed with no trouble at all.

These are great and I don't have to worry about PFAS or any other chemicals. They are better than glass for me because #1 they don't break #2 they aren't heavy and as you age these things are important and helpful. I have baked a tuna casserole, a pork roast, and chicken and they clean up very nicely and if needed an SOS pad works great. I cooked the pork roast too long and needed an SOS pad. The other two dishes cleaned up easily with just a soft sponge. All that's typically needed is just to soak it for a little while if something is a little stuck in hot soapy water. I'm using one of these pans to only make cakes in. These are very high quality and I wish I had known about them years ago.

These were a great purchase— they are really low profile and store well. Just what I needed for Thanksgiving cinnamon rolls and Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for a dozen standard size rolls of each. You could definitely use these for other recipes as well. Fit fine in both my standard oven and smaller countertop convection oven. No issues with sticking, however I use parchment. It’s not super thick and definitely not heavy which I think helps with baking temp consistency. I think they are fairly priced.

These pans and their accompanying racks are great. Heavy duty and super shiny. Great price too.

if youre a baker and/or meal prepper, you absolutely should get these. i use these mostly for freezing doughs (bread, breakfast foods, cookies, etc) to vacuum seal and freeze long term. the lids are so convenient for both flash freezing doughs and for traveling baked goods. the lids are thicker than i thought theyd be which is fantastic! i wish the lids were taller so that you could stack more meal prepped foods like batches of cinnamon rolls, buns, etc. they were well packaged to protect the items. they are non-stick, have a shiny finish, very durable lids and pans, even heat distribution, and rust resistant (i use a towel to dry at the outer top edge just to make sure water doesnt get trapped there). there was a slight crack in one lid but its still sealed so its not currently a problem. i have 2 sizes that i got on sale (still a good price if you dont find it on sale) and will be getting multiple more of each size

I really like these pans- they are perfect for deserts like brownies, cookies, bars, pans of jello, making granola bars, even family size side dishes etc but I really wish they would have more option of larger sizes with lids. And specifically ones that are deeper for sending a meal or a layered dessert with someone- lasagna, stuffed shells, casseroles, or my famous layer tortes. I feel they are too shallow for a few of the meals that I like to make when friends are in need. My other complaint is the lip- I worry that it will rust inside that edge if water gets under because I can’t actually dry it with a towel. I do appreciate the tight lid as it allows me to make certain things that need to be able to go in the fridge or freezer and they can be stacked on top of each other- it just can’t be a food that is layers deep that comes over the top of the pan.

Wow! Super nice, easy to clean, and the perfect weight. We like ours better than the glass ones!

S/S not quite 9”x13” baking pan is heavy gauge, and it has a clear plastic, semi flexible raised lid that absolutely works for me. I use parchment paper for the bottom and sides, then the bake begins. My fav at this time of year is lemon, cheesecake bars. The base is shortbread, then the lemon cheesecake layer, then a lemon “meringue” layer. When the pan has cooled, the clear plastic lid goes on to protect against things that fly around. This set of 2 is, “right on.”

I have been looking for a pan to fit my countertop Brevelle oven. The typical pan is 9 x 13, this pan is 12 inches and fits perfectly. Now I can bake brownies without turning on the big oven.
