Dissolves completely with no taste
The Regular Day sun fiber works great. It dissolves completely with no taste. I just mix it with water and drink in the morning. No bloating and it does leave me feeling full so I don't want to snack between meals. Would definitely buy again

Great prebiotic!
This stuff does take a bit of time for your gutto get used to it. I started with about a teaspoon and now have a whole scoop. I put it in my coffee every morning and its virtually tasteless. I eat Bulgarian yogurt for breakfast and the combo is wow! Amazing for your digestion. Ill be doing this forever. I’ve tried other yogurts without the same result. Its possible a really good probiotic might create the same results. Im sure I’ll keep experimenting. Highly recommend if you want to improve regularity and digestion.

Easy to put in coffee.
I needed more fiber in my diet and this was recommended by my naturopathic doctor. I was happy I could get it on Amazon.

Works for me!
Dissolves completely and has no taste, just like the label says. No complaints. I think it’s helped me stay more regular and have normal bowel movements. I also like how there or no other ingredients added. Clean product!

No grit but did upset my tummy a bit
I like that you can mix this into coffee and it doesn’t thicken or have any grit. It’s great in that regard. But I only used about a third of a scoop and did so for several days in a row and each time my tummy rumbled it’s unhappiness. I’m going to keep trying it and see if I build up a tolerance to it. It has no flavor so that is good. Just beware that it could upset your tummy. Would recommend starting out slow with it and not using a full scoop so you can see how you do.

Good choice for fiber supplement
I really like Sunfiber because there is no grittiness or weird taste.Other fibers i’ve tried cause too much laxative effect or gas.Sunfiber helps with digestion, but without the weird side effects
