Beautiful book well written

I have just started my sourdough journey and was on the look out for new recipes for both active starter and discard.This book has lovely, simple recipes that explain the process clearly and do not contain obscure ingredients.I am looking forward to making them.

An excellent introduction to the art of sourdough.

The recipes in this book sound fabulous and I can’t wait to try them.The only problem is that even though I have followed the starter recipe steps exactly to the letter my starter has completely failed. I’m going to have to look for another starter method elsewhere before coming back to the recipes.

Looks like a very nice book. Has information on tools needed, step by step guide and really yummy recipes. Can't wait to try it all!
