POOR DESIGN
Worst design ever. When it is in the neutral position and handle is pushed down the load drops to the floor. This to me is a HUGE SAFETY problem. They told me in TWO emails they were sending me new parts and when we contacted them we were told those emails were for another customer! They do not know what end is up when communicating to customers. We were given a discount in price, but the parts never showed. I was going to go for a full refund, but do not have time to deal with stupid!
