A few tricks...
I bought this to attach a roller shade to a fiberglass door and also used it to hang some robe hooks on the back of 2 plastic hollow closet doors. It worked well but a few additional steps were necessary. I chose this product because of its “fast grab” properties thinking I could glue up pieces onto a heavy vertical door without having to unhinge it.It is viscous and very difficult to squeeze out and to spread on the surface once applied. The solution ended up being heating the cartridge in the oven. I set our oven on its lowest temp, 175F and put the tube of Loctite in for about 20 minutes on a foil sheet. I removed it when I felt the plastic tip going soft. This allowed me to use it in a cheap caulking gun without trouble. I think it also sped up the curing time significantly compared to the non-heated attempt.Once it had it applied, it was still very thick and it was very helpful to use clamps, not to secure it in place, but rather to spread it evenly. The time I tried not clamping I ended up with it about 1/8” off the door because of the thickness of the unspread glue bead.I applied this in the winter in a desert climate with relative humidity in the low 20’s. To cure, this product seems to need to pull water from the air to react. I found that in our dry conditions if I did not mist the glue joint with water it didn’t set up even after hours. The two times I applied heat and water it worked as I hoped, with a grab time of about 30 minutes and rock solid the next day.

Very effective and easy to use with good caulk gun
This is very thick and adheres within seconds of compression. Good value for money as I used it on 2 support beams to hold decorative wooden covering onto metal poles. Also had enough to glue rubber weather strip to concrete flooring for my garage floor. Still a bit leftover. Just make sure to get a caulk gun with more pressure. Don't use the cheapo sub $10 caulk guns as your hands will hurt from squeezing it out. The more expensive ones requires less squeezing for thick adhesives and caulk.

I ABSOLUTELY Recommend for EVERY Project!
I can’t believe the low reviews on this product! This is hands down the strongest glue I’ve ever used and I’m a big time DIYer. I use it for EVERYTHING, baseboards, wood feature wall projects, my refrigerator makeover....This glue is literally woven into the bones of my house 😂. But seriously people if you’ve ever used any other glue you would know this is the superior species. It’s hard to squeeze it from the tube but when I buy it from Home Depot that’s NOT the case. This is an amazon problem. I think they send old glue. But even with the slow flow I still buy it here if I can’t get to Home Depot because it’s worth putting up with! ALSO I am not being paid to write this or given free products. I was just soooo bugged that the best DIY glue had such an undeservedly low rating!

Great for Caulking Cracks Along Home Foundation
Purchased to caulk concrete cracks along the base of the foundation of my house. While squeezing it came smooth out of the tube. You can use either your finger or a spoon (which ever preferred) to smooth out or it can just be left as is. It is super tacky so be careful not to get it on your skin. Within 2 hours it begins to set and within 24 hours it is dried solid. I purchased 1 tube and came back to purchase 2 more tubes.

Fasten...anything to anything? Pretty much
I used it for a wooden threshold to a garage door, fastened it to the concrete floor. Wedged it in place for 24 hours and it seems to be completely solid. Amazing anything can do this, really. I tried to wrap it and save the leftovers, but it's probably wise not to plan on that. I doubt it'll be useful if I try to go back to it later on, but it is excellent stuff.

Strong stuff.
This is some of the strongest glue on the market in both shear strength and tensile strength. If you want more specific load info I suggest watching the video on "strongest construction adhesive" done by project farm on you tube.

Not impressed. Would not buy again.
Took thick and dark gray in color which is stupid. How many ceilings are dark gray? The glue should be off white so it matches most ceilings. Have to touch up any glue that seeps out because it's dark gray.

Unusable
Too thick to get out of the tube. Probably a good glue but perhaps sold too late to be of any use.
