This is my moms favorite hair dye and we always had trouble finding it in the stores. So glad to find it here on Amazon and as a multi pack! My mom is set for a while! Will return to buy again when she needs to restock!

I loved this until I got stain on my hairline and can’t get rid of it. I also stined my hand and it looked like old age spots for long time and finally came off after over a month!!!! The color itself is great, taking star off for bad staining, I sure will be more careful next time!

Three-pack must be old, leftover bad batch they tried to get rid of
I've used the same product/ color before as a single item and it worked fine. I used two of the three-pack recently that was purchased 6 months ago. My hair is longer, so I mixed two together to cover all the hair. I followed directions, but when my hair dried, I could see that the several inches of gray/white roots - new growth - had turned a disgusting, yellow-green, brassy hue. The previously colored hair looked fine, albeit not refreshed as good quality color would do. This product didn't even color the gray hairs on my eyebrows.I don't care so much about the waste of money, but coloring my long hair takes time and is a big hassle to have to redo it. I suspect I was sold an old, inferior product since there is a discount compared with buying three single items. I have one of the three-pack left, but it is worse than useless, considering the result I got. Now, I can't get this fixed at the hairdresser. I will find another brand that is hopefully better.

I loved how quick it got to me and I absolutely liked the color.. it was my first time dying my hair so I was pretty nervous but the instructions that came with it was straight to the point and I loved the end results!

Easy to apply
I have been using L’Oreal Excellence cream for a few year. It’s always easy to work with and hair turns out to e great! One thing I wish they have is to mark the bottle and the cream tube, because I have short hair and can never finish one package once. I with I can use half or even third of it at one time.
