Gets hot quickly. Good curls. But I found I kept accidentally clicking on the buttons. Also not sure I liked the way it turns/spins. But this is my first ever curling tong so have nothing to compare to.

This is a lovely curler ,but the blonde lady on her video states that the temperature goes up too 300 and over , but mine doesn't go any higher than 260

So I have used plenty of curler before, I have long thick Asian hair. Never have problem in the past , curl lated for days. But this one within 10mins my hair gone flat!! I don't know why. Also the product is not that dangerous, but because the rotate grip can be move around so freely, you need to hold on tight when you turn it round and round. Also I don't see why people keep said they have no where to put this curler, it does come with silicone heat protection mat in pink also come with gloves. So no problem at all fir where to put it when it is hot. Put it in the damn mat then!!! Very nice product overall and does pull any of your hair, apart from it does not hold my curl even after all the expensive spray. Shame.

I was sceptical purchasing after seeing all comments about this being dangerous to use. It isn't if you are experienced and know how to use it! I don't like wearing the glove so I use it as a heat mat to rest the tongs on. I've never burnt myself and have been styling my hair for 12 years with curling tongs now. It heats up quickly which is great, it does take time to cool - it was hot! I bought this as needed an upgrade to my trusty old curling tongs which I had too long now. Great value for money against GHD. I like the long wide barrel as I have long hair. Swivel option is great for waves if you don't want tight curls everytime. You shouldn't go above 185 degrees heat when styling any hair as you will singe it. So don't max it on the temperature and maybe you won't give yourself burns. Just an idea. Watch a YouTube tutorial in how to curl your hair using tongs. After a few times, you will be a pro, its really not difficult. Best styling tool I bought in a long time! Recommend
