Quality, good company for home use!
The media could not be loaded. I was comparing this stairmaster with other cheaper ones. After seeing the ones at my local gym always under maintenance, I decided it would be best to go with the higher priced version, this one from Matrix, over those in the $1000 range. I am so glad I did! Being able to contact the customer service of this company will be well worth it! I can also use this in my basement gym and not worry about the ceiling height! It is compact and still quiet enough that I can have the TV on or listen to music.
