Nice Pot
I was looking for a nice pot in this size and this one did not disappoint. My favorite one to use when I need one this size.

Not worth the money for name brand
We cook a lot and have a lot of Calphalon and all clad so decided to go with a trusted brand when buying a new pot. Pot scratched after a few uses which was shocking for the price we paid. We didn’t do anything different from what we do with other pots so we were surprised to see that it was damaged from regular use. Would not pay the extra money for the game brand

Good pot but deceptive pricing
The pot was of good quality and my wife loved receiving it as a Christmas gift. I was, however, quite irrked when my wife turned the pot over and saw a Marshall’s price tag of 49.99. Deception comes to mind. I will definitely research better before turning to “tried and true” Amazon.com

Good product
Overall good product. So far we have not had any problems with it. The size is a little bit too big for what we need, but it is just my personal problem as I did not estimate carefully which size to buy.

Nice size, bought it to pop popcorn.
Love chalphilon, have fry pans and smaller sauce pan. I buy as I need, and as I find a good deal. Bought a set for my son and his family.

If the lifetime warranty is motivating you to buy, move on.
I purchased several pieces of Calphalon classic cookware, in part because of the lifetime warranty. The warranty information is outlined on Calphalon.com. However, I had two pieces that the non-stick coating began to fail on. I filed a claim with photos of the damaged cookware on the Calphalon website and got no response. I repeated the claim again after some time and it was again ignored. So, from my experience, the "Lifetime Warranty" does not exist.

Pricey, but well made.
Calphalon isn't the cheapest, but their products are well made and most are a decent value. This sauce pot is no exception.First off, it feels substantial and well built. The lid fits well and gives you options to vent steam or pour off cooking liquids through perforations that line up with the edge of the pot.The handle attachment is very solid and the handle is comfortable.The nonstick coating works well and they claim it's safe for all utensils, but I stick to plastic/rubber/nylon, etc. utensils with any nonstick pans as even the best ones just last longer with a little extra care.The majority of Calphalon cookware I've owned lasts for years and I'm hoping this pot is no different.

After 50 years I’m upgrading my cookware. Easy to clean, retains heat.
