Stretch not sleep
Great for stretching. The product is extremely firm. Not too good for sleeping. Dont buy if youre expecting a pillow.

Firm and knobby but good
As pictured, the ridges on this product are very prominent. They’re very firm, and not very soft. However, it was a nice stretch on my back and released a lot of tension! Exactly what I needed. The product feels high quality and nice and firm.I took off one star for the width. I believe the product would be nicer if it was wider

Hard and can be a bit uncomfortable but it should be to break up tension and stretch. Amazing! I'm looking forward to using it every day. The stretch under your arms is also rad!

Seems to help relieve slight misalignment!
I mean at first its kind of like too thick feeling but soon your soone will relax. Its does seem to really help.
