I buy a LOT from Amazon and this little sink thingy has got to be in the top 3 items I’ve ever bought?I recently moved into my Mother’s home to take care of her and it drove me crazy that there was no stopper in the sink.I could visualize one of my rings falling in the drain to never be seen again? So I bought 2 different sink strainers. The first one was a white plastic thing that seemed oversized and hair somehow got in it every day. Nope!So I next tried the little wire mesh strainer. That thing was disgusting! It got things in there that would grow mold and you would have to blast it with hot water and bleach. I didn’t even want to touch it! My sister spent the night and used some type of denture paste that got in the bottom of it and it was like concrete. I couldn’t get it out so I started looking for a replacement and found this item. Thank goodness!!!The bathroom sink looks normal again. It looks like it came with the sink?All I had to do is drop it in the hole. It already had the most common size washer on it but does come with 2 larger sized washers in case you have a different size? I tested it and it worked great! I probably won’t ever use the stopper aspect but it’s nice to have.The little cage at the bottom of the stopper catches hair (yuck!) and probably anything else that drops down the sink, so I don’t have to worry about one of my rings falling in?The best part is that it just looks like a normal sink, like it was always part of the sink?This was well worth the money and I would recommend it to everyone who needs a bathroom sink stopper. I’m impressed!

I bought the double pack too, here’s the review: Who knew these existed? The one attached to my sink/faucet kept breaking under the sink and I didn’t want to keep paying $200 for the plumber again and again, so I looked this up and low and behold, they have such a product. It catches hair and gunk, it’s easy to clean, and holds water in the sink very well. PLUS it makes cleaning the sink drain with a brush soooo much easier.

One minor issue; after a year or more, my very hard water made the pop-up stick down and not pop up.The cure? Lift it out, then an overnight soak in vinegar fixed it easily.
