This is the most effective patch I have ever used. My right knee was very painful after hiking for a few hours but the pain is gone after a few hours of using this product.

Temporally relive of pain

I use this product for my shoulder pain and lower back pain. It is wonderful. It beats putting on a heating pad continually. I am able to put one of this patches on and about thirty minutes later I start feeling the heat over my aching body parts. The patches are large so you can use them whole if needed. I have a tendency to cut them in half for my usage. When placing them on your body make sure you press the edges down. Otherwise the patch will roll. This time they changed to packaging. You get 12 individually wrapped patches, before I received three patches to a package and each patch was folded. I like that the patches are not folded now. I hope it stays that way. They are more costly then some. But I have tried at least four other brands, but these were the only ones that worked for me. So far I am am staying with this brand.

These are the best heat patches I have tried. They adhere well - to a degree that makes them a pain to get off, but a tradeoff I'll take for them staying put for hours even when I'm dripping sweat! And they continue to put out heat for several hours. I typically use them on my lower back, but also find that they also work well on my upper back and shoulders. They're a little spendier than some other options, but well-worth it.

I have chronic SI joint pain. These patches work pretty well to relieve the pain. I typically put it on prior to playing sports - even with sweating, it stays on very well. Since the patch sticks so well and to minimize any discomfort, I would recommend taking it off with warm water and soap (like while showering, etc.). Also worth noting, I cut these patches in half so not to be wasteful - they cut clean and the corners do not peel up.

I have used these (from many stores and sellers) for years. I have an extremely bad back and kidney stones and somehow, the heat of these gets between the pain and my brain. I have been totally incapacitated only to put one of these on and be able to go about my day after about 30 minutes. The best sleep I get is when I have one of these on. I saw a review about someone getting burned and one where someone said it had no heat but I have not had these experiences. I do have sensitive skin but have never experienced any kind of burn unless getting wet too soon after removal. Skin MUST be dry 30 minutes (check time on package) before and after use. As for the heat, it is slow but within 30 minutes, I feel it and such relief. I can't recommend these enough and frequently share with friends; some of whom like it and some of whom don't. Worked very well for back pain. They tend to get very warm/hot however the skin is not burned it just can feel like skin is burning. Of course check on you skin if you feel uncomfortable. I would recommend these. Nice and big for lower back application

These work just ok. Product gets way too hot to keep on for a while. It started to burn and will leave marks on skin. Ok for short use.
