Worked wellI found it wasn’t instant, after 7 days they started to work so far I’m enjoining a good nights sleep, if I do wake I used the spray and that help’s me drift back off, which is very unusual as normally if I wake thats it I lay there wide awake, so great result something that works. My only negative is the spray !!unfortunately the spray stopped working , even the 2nd purchase the spray again stopped working ).

The product is really good, and work's. But the spray is hard work😤 it stopped working after the second night, which is rubbish

I believe these capsules are helping me to get off to sleep. I only used the spray a few times before the spray stopped working. I wasn’t best pleased, but Amazon gave me my money back.

I had been unable to sleep properly since first Lockdown. Had been using Rescue Remedy for years so I gave them a go! The first couple of nights they didn’t work at all but I kept taking them and the third night they worked, I experienced my first eight hours in 2 years! Now I can cope with anything, even the odd night of 2 hours sleep!

I never believe anything until I try but these were recommended to me by a friend and honestly they've been such a great help for anxiety. The capsules are a quick help if I wake up with a knot in my stomach or an upset nervous tummy. The sprays take your mind immediately away from the situation. Can't fault them and already bought more.

Like others reviewing on here, I have been sent the WRONG item -- TWICE now!! Seemingly, unlike most others on here, mine was a genuine order rather than a freebie for reviewing! As such, other customers need to be aware that YOU WILL NOT GET THIS BACH PEACEFUL NIGHT DUO, but instead a single bottle of BACH RESCUE CAPSULES FRESH & FOCUS. I have spoken to Amazon about this and they say they will 'look into it' ... But until this error is sorted out, there's just no point in purchasing I'm afraid - unless you want one bottle of Bach Rescue Capsules Fresh & Focus (which, weirdly, don't even seem to exist in the listings)!!!BTW: The actual Bach Peaceful Night Duo is excellent - one of the few sleep remedies that actually seem to work (at least for the short-term anyway.) Though I would prefer both capsules and spray not to contain magnesium as, for me personally, a build up seems to have the opposite affect to relaxation and makes me agitated and restless. Hence being able to use these products for a few consecutive nights only.) :-)

I’ve tried many herbal remedies but this one does seem to work. Be careful though. If you take it constantly it’ll be less effective. I take it for 3/4 nights then leave it for a few days. But I’m very impressed with this. Wake up in the middle of the night? Just take a few sprays and you’re back asleep! Very effective. If you’re on Sertraline you need to be careful though.
