Q: Does it have a leg strap

No, it does not have a leg strap. There is only a waist strap/belt. I use this quiver while I walk a target course laid out through the woods. There is a lot of walking between targets and I find it is very comfortable but it does tend to slap against your leg when you walk. I usually just put a hand on the quiver as I walk to minimize this. I like the three separate tubes (each holds 5-6 arrows) because I often carry several different types of arrows and it helps to keep them separated.

Q: Can you purchase the belt seperately?

Not sure. I have not seen the belt listed seperately on Amazon. You might try contacting the vendor/merchant.

Q: What size waist can the belt fit?

I'm guessing size can be adjusted from 30-43 inches, give or take. It just fits through a loop and is not stiched to the quiver, so it can easily be removed and replaced with another belt, or used on your regular pant belt.
