Knitters Pride Interchangeable Color Cord Variety Pack - All 5 Sizes, 16, 20, 24, 32, 40

I absolutely love Knitter's Pride supplies. They aren't the cheapest, but they are the best. Their needles and cords are my favorites - always made of top-notch quality and built to last. These cords easily handle the bulky blankets I love to knit. I tried a cheaper set of needles and cords once and I quickly regretted it. The metal end of the cord immediately broke off, rendering the needles unusable. Lesson learned, I immediately replaced them with these cords. I won't make that mistake again. These are worth the extra price.

Found out that different needle sets have different ability to screw on. I have knitters pride, which I love and this is a good choice for me, especially with the different colors.

I have a set of Knit Picks, which I like, but over time a small gap showed up between the metal and wood on the needle size I used most. As a result I wanted something in metal. These are perfect. As you can see, there's a smooth needle up to the cable attachment sight on Knitter's Pride versus Knit Picks. The cable attachment is just as tight and secure plus the cables are interchangeable between the brands. I have personally found the Knitter's Pride cable to remain smooth and to be just as pliable as the Knit Picks cables which have had small cracks appear which caught the yarn.I chose the Knit Picks initially because, as a new knitter, I found wood needles to be more forgiving (I had fewer stitch drops secondary to the gentle drag of the wood). In hindsight, I would purchase an inexpensive set of bamboo needles for the newbie and invest in these for when you feel more confident.

My wife has bought other circular needle sets, and they all broke where the cord joins the needle. This interchangeable set allows changing the cord between needles, so even if one breaks, you can still use one of the others to connect the needles. Overall, good buy.

The one cord isn't 16 inches it's more like 6 inches

The cables are so much shorter than they are listed

I received them quite quickly and they were exactly as show. I love the colors for the different lengths. I would reorder from this supplier again if needed. They were well manufactured and my wool glide smoothly over cable and transitions to the needles effortlessly.
