I’v tried a few combs off of amazon and these are the best bang for your buck. They are super cheap, but also have a nice sturdy weight to them.I use these to take out my tape in hair extensions and the teeth of the comb make it super easy to get all of the glue out. These are made with a great material plus they’re super pretty.

I like a little bit of volume in my hair. These are perfect for back combing or fluffing up your hair. They aren’t the most sturdy but do the job.

I'd been putting off coloring my hair until I ordered these. I have been using my Mom's rat tail comb which is plastic and had seen its better days. The pin was a bit chewed up but hey its over 20 years old. I like that this rat tail pin is made of steel. I was able to get so much closer to my scalp and separate the hair as I wanted. I use the combs teeth section for a handle and fits perfect in my hand. The comb teeth section is slightly bendable but not flimsy.For the Heat resistance I have no opinion, I don't use it that way.Another use I have for the rat tail comb, I pull the dead hair and fuzzies out from the base of the brush its great for leaving nothing behind.I also use it to separate my Shih-Tzus long top knots getting that precise line for a perfect look. No longer using the edge of a metal comb and never getting it really straight like I want.Including pictures of the girls.I definitely recommend these Rat Tail Combs.

Great comb. Comes in handy when I need to take out my box braids. The end of the comb is perfect for removing any matted hair.
