Can I take Beef Protein Isolate on my rest days?

Yes. Beef Protein Isolate can be used on both training and rest days to help you reach your daily protein goals. Many people take a serving between meals or as part of their normal nutrition routine on non-training days.

Is Beef Protein Isolate lactose-free, gluten-free and soy-free?

Beef Protein Isolate contains no lactose, no gluten and no soy ingredients, making it suitable for people avoiding those allergens. Always check the full ingredient list for your chosen flavour.
