This is the best stuffing ever! It's gluten free and you can't even tell! It is only herb seasoned -it contains nutmeg- I recommend using beef broth or chicken broth or turkey broth in place of water if you want your stuff to be beef or chicken or even turkey flavored herbed stuffing. 1 box makes a lot of stuffing. The directions calls for half a box to be used at a time. Half a box does an 8"x8" tray. 1 whole box does an 8"x11" tray. I also recommend to keep in mind that you follow the directions. This stuff is not like your everyday stovetop where you pour in the water cover for 5 minutes and it's done. The directions say to stir until moistened and all water is absorbed. You have to do that otherwise your bread cubes on the bottom will be mushy and the bread cubes on the top will be hard. If some of your bread cubes are a little firm and not moist after stirring and all the moisture is gone, You just simply need to cover the dish for about 5 minutes. Make sure you stir gently with a large spoon or fork. Too much messing with the stuffing will leave you will mush and your cubes will be broken up. Again, THIS STUFFING IS THE BEST! I LOVE IT!

I am still trying to find a good stuffing that is Gluten Free. We have taste buds just like anyone else just can’t eat what everyone else is eating. I personally didn’t like it.

I love the flavor of the stuffing and use it all the time because it is the best gluten free around. I give it 5 stars even with the fact that it will fall apart when liquid is added. I gently stir it - only as much as necessary to get all the stuffing properly moistened. The seller was great too! The product arrived quickly and it was boxed extremely well.

These are good gluten free bread cubes to start with. I made a package of stuffing with just celery, onions, mushrooms, apples and nuts to see how a basic recipe would turn out. I found it quite bland. You really need to add additional poultry seasoning, sage, thyme, etc. to kick up some flavor with these, but a good base.

It takes two boxes to stuff a Thanksgiving turkey. It used to cost me over $25 dollars to make stuffing fromgluten free breads, never mind the aggravation. The seasoning needs a bit of a boost from Bells, other thanthat its top notch.

This is the only stuffing I've used that tastes so much like the non-gluten-free stuffing that no one can tell the difference. That's why I'm willing to pay the additional shipping costs. I don't even have to adjust the seasonings. It's a wonderful sage stuffing or dressing that doesn't require a lot of messing with it, like adding eggs or baking, to make it come out right. I wish stores in our area carried it regularly.

We ordered the stuffing. It took almost a month to get it but it was ok as we wanted it for Thanksgiving. When I opened the box on Thanksgiving I noticed that the box was about to expire this month. We ordered 4 boxes so we could use it over the winter. Got to use 1 box and the 4 boxes cost me over $50.00. What a RIP off. If you order it check the expiration date when you get it. I got mine the end of October and it expires in November.
