Lots of fun
It was a fun little project. Directions were accurate and easy to read.

Nowhere near done but making progress - Awesome project
First off, this isn't a puzzle for most children. It has tiny parts and complex instructions. I recommend getting a dedicated jigsaw puzzle table with draws to store the pieces. This is a huge 3D puzzle with thousands of pieces too make a model of the Taj Mahal. The pieces are small so they require a deft hand to place them. I sometimes use tweezers. This puzzle will take a lot of time but will be worth it in the end. You might want to glue it as you assemble it for a permanent display.

Worst instructions ever.
You need Bobby Fisher to put that thing together.

Tiny
This is a huge set of tiny pieces. It seems like a natural progression to move to the smaller blocks and more intricate designs as your building block fans get older. Easy to assemble, the pieces click together just right. Instructions are easy to follow if you are a practiced builder. This isn’t a beginners set.

Missing pieces—unable to finish, too late to return.
Product would be great if all the pieces were included. Without a parts list it’s no small feat to count them before building. So there it sits unfinished on step 28 of 48.

Very good
I really enjoyed constructing this model. I've recently been on a bit of a construction kick, building everything from the Notre Dame de Paris to the White House, so when I got the chance to test the Taj Mahal set I didn't hesitate, and I'm glad I didn't. This thing is a blast - y'know, if you're the kind of person who thinks it's fun to sit for hours squinting at tiny little blocks. Which I am :)There's just a couple of things about this model that keep it from perfection. The first is that it's a very symmetrical set, so when you reach a layer with a lot of fiddly, delicate work you're in for a rough ride as you need to perform the same action 100+ times. The second is that the towers in each corner are thin and tall, so if you want to display the finished model you may have to glue the bricks into place to keep them stable. Both of these issues are due to the fact that this is an accurate representation of the building itself, so it's all good. The instructions are clear and the steps have been well thought out. I'd happily recommend this set to anyone who likes this kind of thing.

Towers are unstable
I really love legos and thought I'd love putting together this lego-inspired Taj Mahal replica. The pieces are teeny tiny and and hurt the tips of my fingers when I pushed them in place, but I was having a lot of fun anyway... until I got to the towers/cupula. They are super unstable, and kept breaking down whenever I added a layer. I gave up.
