These work the way I had intended. There was a slight curve to both rails (I did not take a picture), the curve didn't bother me for my purposes because I knew they would lay flat enough once I put some weight on them. I had to cut about 6" off each one (they were toolong) and they were extremely tough to cut, it dulled my horizontal bandsaw blade so I had to switch to a metal cutting chop saw with an abrasive wheel, which still took a while. I used these linear rails as drawer slides for a truck bed drawer I built. The slider has been in my truck for about 8 months, so far so good. The truck was driven on the beach a few times after install, and the rails and bearings stood up to the sand and all the bouncing through the rutted sand. I love the convenience of a sliding drawer whenever I go shopping for groceries too, I don't have to climb up into my truck to get bags that slide towards the cab. I have included pictures of the build, you can see the linear rails in the first picture, and the finished product in the last 2 photos. I have a couple modifications I want to make, such as adding tie down points to the box and a removeable divider to keep things closer to the tailgate when I am not using the full drawer.

I needed some rails for a project I am building and decided to try these. The quality was great, I found them to be of very nice quality, smooth operation and built well. The Stainless rails were very, very hard and should resist wear well. I am very pleased and would purchase these again, and will should the need arise.

When I received these rails, I was very impressed with the quality material used for these pieces! These are perfectly machined and not made with flimsy, substandard materials. You just don't see this type of quality much anymore. They easily handled the load that I used them for (but rated much higher) - with very smooth gliding action. I can't say enough about the quality of these pieces - and at an affordable price! Would highly recommend these rails for most any application where quality is critical.

Today I had a job to do and I was hoping to do it easily and efficiently with the help of the rails I bought a couple of months ago. I opened the box, started assembling the tool and discovered defective parts. I'm very upset and my job is standing still. I bought two pairs of rails, different lengths. They come with eight SBR20UU sliding blocks, six of them work perfectly, two do not work. One moves very tightly, the other cannot be installed on the rail - it is very tight, something is wrong with it.

Very good quality rails,nicely made. Bearing pieces glide perfectly. I am mounting a compound miter saw, using metal plate bolted on with included metric bolts. I welded threaded rod to metal plates to bolt the saw. I mounted the railed on 2” square tube. The saw slides flawlessly on the 3’11” rails

Exactly what I needed for router sled. I had an issue with 2 of the bearings, wrote to customer service and had replacements in less than a week! Linear rails are heavy duty and router is riding smoothly. Full size Makita very heavy! Totally happy I finally ordered these!

Hardware was wrong length. No washers. On top of that the holes dont line up for hardware what a JOKE! One of the rollers does not roll well and binds up. I have had to spend hours DRILLING holes to get the hardware to fit track with supplied hardware. Then I had to go to hardware store to purchase spacers for 10.00 because the hardware is too long and bottoms out. Very displeased with this purchase.
