Great Bike
I am a Fitness Instructor (mostly Spinning) took a hiatus from teaching . Fixed my garage into a mini gym . Wanted a Spinning bike and not have to pay a gargantuos amount . I did some research and selected this bike, and I am glad I did . Easy to assemble( I did it myself) in less than an hour. Been using it three times a week , no problems with it. For the price I paid it is a good product.

Waiting for replacement- didn't last a week.
I chose this model after comparing several from Sunny Health and Fitness and reading many reviews. I was a bit hesitant to buy any of the bikes because there were quite a few negative reviews but this one had pretty good ratings and was described as "heavy duty" and had a higher weight capacity than other models. Some of the reviews I read suggested accessories like SPD pedals and water bottle holder, both of which are standard equipment with this model. I looked at models that came with a basic cycling computer but figured it was not worth paying a premium for that feature and I might add an aftermarket computer of better quality and more features than what might come pre-installed. This model seemed to be sturdily built and have most of the features I wanted/needed to get started with spinning without breaking the bank. I placed my order on February 24, it was delivered on February 28 and I assembled it on February 29. I am blind (which is why I need an indoor cycle since I can no longer safely ride outdoors) so I can't comment on the included instructions but there wasn't much to the assembly process and it was easy to figure out based on the number of screws and washers of each size. 2 for the handlebar assembly, 4 for the base or "feet". I was careful to start threading the pedals into the crank arms by hand, then snug them with a wrench to avoid damage as I had read several reviews referring to problems with the crank arm/pedal threads. I had no previous experience with spinning but from the many reviews I read I knew to look for a free spin calss video on YouTube to get started. The handlebars can be adjusted for height and the seat can be adjusted both for height and front to back. Once I had everything adjusted I was ready to try it out. I just wanted to get a feel for it so I didn't do a full session- probably only 10 minutes the first time and 10-15 minutes the next two times... then the righthand pedal came off in the middle of my ride! I was using the caged side of the pedals so it was still attached to my foot. I stopped the flywheel, removed the pedal from my foot and examined it. There were metal shavings in the threads of the pedal and it could not be re-installed into the crank arm. It appears that the threads of the crank arm were stripped out. I called Amazon customer service/tech support immediately and explained my predicament. The representative, Arvin, was very courteous and understanding, but he directed me to contact the manufacturer directly. He actually attempted to contact them but it was after hours so he provided me with the phone number and website and told me he would follow up personally after a few days. The next day I called Sunny Health and Fitness, explained my issue and was told to email their support department, which I did immediately. A week went by with no response or acknowledgement of my email so I called the manufacturer again. They offered to send replacement parts but having read other reviews about problems with the crank (requiring a special tool, etc.) I wanted no part of that and explained that I am blind and did not wish to take it apart and attempt a repair I was onot confident I could complete correctly on my own. I requested that they send a replacement bike frame (minus seat, handlebars, feet, etc) and provide a return shipping label for me to send back the defective unit, or for them to send someone to perform the repair on-site. Sunny Health and Fitness refused to do either of these and directed me back to Amazon. Fortunately for me, this problem occurred right away so it was still within the 30-day return period. Another Amazon representative arranged to have a replacement sent and for a UPS pick-up so I didn't even have to attempt to re-package the defective bike. I'm currently waiting delivery of the replacement and I am hopeful that I will not have any issues with the new bike. I'm willing to give a second chance since the bike otherwise seemed to be well-built, but if the second bike fails me, I'll be done with Sunny Health and Fitness for good.

Uneven at higher resistance
I bought this bike so I could ride along with the Peloton App. I think it's very possible to be able to enjoy the Peloton workouts; however, if I was you, I wouldn't choose this bike. First, many of the Peloton rides depend on being able to measure an increase in cadence or resistance. Cadence is easy because you have the beat of the music as a guide. Resistance is hard because there is no measurement for it. You just sort of guess as you twist the knob. Second, when I was just starting, the resistance at the lower levels is fine. However, as you get more fit and need to increase the resistance, it's very uneven at the higher levels. It's as if the way the felt pad wears on the wheel gets stronger for a short time even if I haven't twisted the knob any. Then it gets loose again. This makes it a real struggle and you have to watch out as I think it would be easy to injure yourself with the unexpected resistance. Third, don't get a bike with a chain drive. It's always going to make some noise and the more I've ridden this bike the louder the sounds have gotten. If you're in a garage or something doing your workout, that's ok, but inside a house it's very noisy. So, yes, you can do Peloton with a non-Peloton bike, but get one with measurable magnetic resistance and a belt drive. I'm already starting to look for a different bike to buy.

Nice stationary bike, good weight, very stable, well built, chain noisy.
Bought this for aerobic exercise in an area that does not have a gym. Easy to assemble, had a small plastic part that was damaged in shipment who's replacement was sent immediately and it was easy to install. The chain is noisy .. the sprockets are either too small or the chain is not of good quality or both. Much louder if wheel break is at higher levels. Not sure about the belt model .. I think that I'd experience slippage with the strength and effort that I put into the exercise. I'd buy it again if I had to but would look for a quieter model.

Just OK
I had high hopes for this bike. It was super easy to assemble and the individual pieces seem sturdy. Unfortunately, there is a dangerous amount of wobble, especially when I try to stand/ climb hills (the reason I went for a stationary bike v a folding bike). The icing on the cake was less than one month later the clip for my left shoe on the pedal snapped off mid ride.

Horrible Cycling Bike
We have another Sunny Cycling bike different version which does its job. This one is horrible. Bike makes a horrible sound from the chain hitting side paneling. The ride jerks back while cycling and can't be used at all. Pass on this one.

Loved the bike at first, now can't get it fixed
The bike was great and I enjoyed riding it daily. After 2 months, the chain started making excess noise. The provided instructions on tightening the chain were almost useless because of how unclear they are. Phone support from Sunny Health & Fitness was simply to send a link to a video I already found before. Unfortunately, this was just about as useful as the instructions. Though admittedly, I am not a mechanical genius, I am not totally inept either. My own history with similar things should make me capable to do this. Without any intelligible instructions, I now have a bike that I am not comfortable riding due to fear of damaging it.

I do like that I can use my spin shoes for these ...
I’m on the fence with this bike, maybe cause I canFeel the difference from the gym bike and this one. I do like that I can use my spin shoes for these although they don’t clip in very well they at least stay in place. I dois having some sort of sensor to track my miles and calories. It’s very quiet and sturdy. I recommend it

A good buy!
I have had this bike for almost a month and I love it! its really quiet and isn't too bulky. Its also very easy to move and does not take much effort at all. Its a little different from the spin bikes that i use at the gym because of the leather resistance but overall its a great bike!
