Firstly, the frother is super - there are two attachments one to create thick froth and one to cream an aerated milk.The attachments are driven by magnet and easily removable so the stainless steel jug is very easy to clean compared to the Arvov frother I’m replacing. See my tip below to make it even easier.I have used Arla Best of Both milk and it’s superb with this machine for those that want low fat.The milk is a perfect temperature for latte and cappuccino. My wife has hot milk with syrup (doesn’t like coffee) and hot chocolate and says it is perfect - doesn’t burn the milk but is nice and hot.We had one issue which is that the pin in the jug that guides the stirrer and frother attachments broke off during cleaning, but the support from Fimei is superb.They responded very quickly and have sent me a full replacement. Hopefully, this was just a small issue with the manufacturing as everything else is spot on. The frother still works without the pin if you get the magnet stirrer / frother dead central but the pin does make it easier to correctly place the attachments.TIP - once you have poured your milk out don’t put the jug back on the hot-plate as it will continue to heat the milk with the residual heat and burn it to the jug. If you rinse it straight away it will be easy to clean (not that it’s hard if you forget with it being stainless steel, but doing it this way is effortless)Also, contact Fimei if you have any issues - they offer a warranty!

Great milk frother but it takes a good 3-5 minutes to get the milk frothed / hot. It also is a bit noisy, i.e. you notice it. However, I love that you can put the jug in the dishwasher. I can't seem to find any difference between the latte and cappuccino function? But the milk is way hotter from this than our Asda one! it's great

Having read the reviews of a number of milk frothing machines, I wanted a machine that produced a good froth,was quiet in operations d easy to clean and this one ticks all of those boxes. far I have tested it with full cream milk and semi skimmed and both produced an excellent amount of froth; the one using full cream milk produced a really stiff froth, while the semi skimmed was also very good.The principle of the machine is the use of magnesium to cause the milk frothing comb to spin in a slightly elevated position.this reduces the noise and generated a lot of froth. As far as heat is concerned I found the temperature to be just right. One final comment concerning using the machine to just heat milk; this requires changing the central agitator to one that I presume just gently paddles the milk to reduce any risk of burning.All in all,so far, I am very pleased with my purchase.

I find this machine easy to use , clean and looks good it makes frothing the milk for me just right, although it can take a little longer than some other machines but worth waiting for

I wanted a well made stainless steel replacement frother for a branded frother that broke down. Unfortunately the plastic spinner melted by the third use. I suspect the unit could be prone to overheating and may not have the relevant safety controls or cutoff. I've sent the unit back for a refund. It's a shame as I spent a lot of time researching and came up with this one. Other than that it seems a nice enough machine, although somewhat slow taking 7 mins to make a hot chocolate.

I researched this & after reading reviews went for it after having several other well known brands. This is by far the best one I’ve used. I have a small cafe & I use it for extra milk frothing when busy. Cleans easy, choice of frothing inc. cold is great. Takes a few mins but pop it on in the background & you’re good to go. Fills a 12oz cup with the espresso shot perfectly!

I bought this product and loved it straight away. Frothed the milk wonderfully. Easy to clean.However I had to have a replacement base because it stopped working. Had that base 6 months and now that one has stopped working. With the cost of this product I would expect it to last longer. Very disappointed.

Failed after six months with sparks and smoke. Fimei replaced the item with no quibbles.
