Very bad quality
All zippers of the backpack got broken on their first use. Very low quality. I had to send my daughter with her old backpack on n hersecond day of school until I buy her a new one. The zipper pullers got broken into pieces when pulled them. Don't waste your money on this product. I regret buying it.

Ripping apart and missing item
When I was at school, this back suddenly ripped apart from the shoulder part and when it was delivered it had no teddy bear. My bag wasn’t heavy it only had my iPad, 2 books, my phone and pencil case. Over all I do not recommend getting this bag.
