Q: Does this work for left hand draw?

The design works for both right & left hand draw. The pouch pocket has a vertical slash opening on the inside that allows access through to your waistband. They do run a bit large but by how much is inconsistent. I have 3 & they are all size XL. One fits perfect & the other two are mich looser fitting.

Yes! It is bigger than the 2x but the original specifications were more of an athletic build and I bought it more to give more length in the sleeve length due to my longer arms. It worked.
