Is easy to get inside the shoes. It feels weird at firts but they fit so well you dont notice that much. This are for work. When i put them inside the shoes i got a little more taller hahaha i can see that inside the shoes i got a bit more taller but i dont get out of the shoes. Thickness is good, and feel that it will give me support while standing for so long.

Love these! They are very supportive and super comfortable. I want to wear them all the time. The plantar fasciitis is eased with these. Worth the money!

Inserts are very comfortable. Took one day to get used to them. Slightly stiffer than my other ones. Make to wear them all day. Ordered a second pair. No pain at the end of the day.

Before finding this product, I used to buy the dr scholl's plantar fasciitis insoles. I would have to rebuy them every so many months because after a length of time I would have foot pain again. Since these were not much more expensive than the dr scholl's, I decided to give them a try. They are amazing!!! My feet love that little bubble of cushion on them. They have a rigidity to them, that the DS lacks. I am currently wearing them in my Hoka one one bondi 7. I am 5 ft tall, female, and weigh about 280 lbs. I have found it difficult, without some type of insoles to be active, as the weight I have gained over the years gives me so much foot pain. I even wore these to a farm field trip and had no foot pain afterwards. I have also found exercising my feet, to build strength in them helps with the foot pain and enables me to be more active. I'm very happy with these and will continue to buy!!!!

I bought these inserts to replace the $50 ones I normally purchase from the running store. Sadly, they are too narrow for my shoes. At this point I'm keeping them as they do offer good arch support and relief from plantar fasciitis.

These are very nice quality. I can wear them all day and my feet do not hurt. They offer very good support and yet are not bulky in my shoes.

I have expensive inserts and wanted to find a shoe insert for less money so I can put them in more shoes. These are more rigid than the ones I find in the stores, which what I need. Will try them for a little longer and order more if they work out as they are so far.

I rarely write reviews but this product deserves one. I have plantar fasciatis along with really high arches, which causes tremendous ankle, knee, back and neck pain. I'm a barber who's on my feet for 10-12 hours a day and by the end of the day, everything hurts. I've tried different inserts and orthotics with various results but these marked all the boxes for me, especially at its price point. My feet, ankles and back are thanking me. I'm able to work all day with very little pain by the end of that day, which is incredible. There are a couple downsides for me which is why I didn't give them a full five stars. The first was that the arch support could be a little higher. The second is because they are so thick, all of my pairs of athletic shoes fit way too tight around the toes. To remedy my shoes from being too tight within the toe box, I cut off the toe part of the insert. It gives my toes ample wiggle room. If those 2 things could be adjusted, they'd be perfect. Since they are close enough to perfect, I ordered 2 more pairs. If you have high arches and PF, these are worth a try.

Son has flat feet and this is one of the only insoles that have helped with how foot pain.

Love these! They got great in my shoes and are true to their description! I could use a higher/sturdier arch support personally - but otherwise these orthotics are perfect! Love the stability points!
