I bought these to help motivate me to workout for my wedding last year, and they worked great! I exceeded my 10lb weight loss goal by about 6 pounds (total of 16 pounds lost) and I felt amazing! However, I did NOT take one every day as it is not necessary to take one if you do not plan on working out that day. The purpose of these pills for me was to boost my energy and control my appetite on days I worked out. I don't know about other people, but I am usually super hungry all day on the days I do high cardio and weight training and sometimes that will lead to me overeating. With these pills I was able to control the amount of calories I put into my body plus I had a lot of energy after my workout. This is why I thought it was only necessary to take them if I was working out that day. I believe that on days that you don't work out, you should control your diet yourself. Also, I didn't lose 16 pounds in a month as some people claim. I worked out hard for 6 months before my wedding so I lost about 2 - 3 pounds per month, but it was a steady weight loss. This is great for me as I am only 5'0" and at the time I was taking the pills I weighed about 130 pounds.

There's too much caffeine in these for my taste. The ephedra is there and noticeable, but there is so much caffeine that it will make you jittery if your sensitive to that. It does give alot of energy, tho.

I got turned on to this product from a guy at work and it does exactly what it says it I’ll do haven’t noticed yet if I’m down any weight but the energy and the less bloated feeling I have is top notch I take two in the morning every morning and I am able to not be drowsy all day I am one of those guys that drink 2 to 3 energy drink A day just to get by but two of these pills I’m good all day sometimes it’s hard to get to sleep at night I guess that’s the only downfall I would see is that trying to get some sleep you have a hard time drifting off. Now it is also a thermogenic so your heart rate and your blood pressure does arise a little bit and makes you sweat consistently but I haven’t noticed or felt any different besides having the energy this product rocks

See photo. I wish I knew how many mg of caffeine were in this, but apparently Eric was gone the day these labels were printed. The label says he was supposed to [insert the mg of caffeine] and then delete the brackets. Alas he did not. Aside from that these have given me a nice energy boost and the ingredients seem promising. I got really nauseous on 2 pills though. Weight loss is TBD as I just started. No appetite thanks to nausea, but I wouldn’t be nauseated if I had read the part of the label Eric did print. That part says to take one pill and see how you tolerate it before increasing to two pills.

Bottle I received looked very VERY OLD, the product/pills looked to have a white film on them. I returned it right away.

This stuff is really powerful be careful it is definitely worth it

This may work for other people but the combo was not for me- I only took the product for a couple of days at the recommended doses and did not like how I was feeling- but it may work different for others- :/

I got it in the mail today, read the label (eric left a typo but its all good), I took one pill, and zooooom I was off ran 2 miles played basketball, did 100 push ups, and ate only 1200 calories today, which honestly I had to force the last 200. I weigh 190 and had plateaued losing weight from 245, I really think this product will help me get to target weight. Awesome so far.
