Q: How do I apply this to a large sheet of brass attached to a wall? I cannot submerge it.

I have seen customers use it in a spray bottle and spray old brass kick plates on doors etc. They just get catch tray that will catch the over spray to use it again if needed and just spray it constantly for a few minutes until it gets as dark as you need it. If it is not solid brass, the ager will do nothing. It will not ruin it, but it will not darken it either. You can take a magnet and see if it sticks to it. If it sticks at all, then it is not solid brass. Thanks again, Furniture Knowledge

Q: Will this work on copper coated aluminum?

If it is plated it will not work. It will work on solid copper, brass etc. Just make sure there is not a lacquer or clear coat on it, as it will only darken the raw material. You can always soak and strip the piece in acetone etc to get any clear coat off of it. But if it is plated steel or alloy etc.. it will not work. Thanks, Toby Furniture Knowledge d o t c o m.
