It's really soft but the maintenance can be a little tricky. It's machine washable but then I have to get a brush for it because it had some loose "bunnies" after the wash

I orderd 3 mats, as picture and caption said 3 pieces rug come with this price but only got one. I have only received the large mat, missing the other 2 small mats. Not satisfied at all!

Soft and thick

I bought these for my new home and was at first very pleased with how beautiful they looked. However, the first time I washed them, based on the amount of lint that was in the washer and dryer filters, I was convinced that they would have disintegrated into nothing. I had to stop the dryer several times and empty the lint trap for fear of overheating. Even then, I assumed that would just be a first time washing problem, but that wasn't the case. Every time I wash them, I have the same problem and they taker FOREVER to dry. Next time I wash them, it will be in a commercial laundry machine and I will probably put them away and just have them for spares. They would work in a bathroom that wasn't used, but not for one that is used regularly and you need to wash regularly. Sorry for the bad review. I try not to do that, but I have just been so disappointed by this quality.
