Exactly What We Needed
The US Government used to provide printed copies of federal licenses on similar security paper. They discontinued this practice a few years ago, and now send to the end user a PDF to print on whatever paper they had. This security paper is very similar to what the government used to use, and the end result is a very nice looking official document, suitable for framing.

Exactly as advertised...
This blue basketweave security paper with VOID sequence when copied is perfect... Basketweave pattern printed on the surface of the paper is vivid and noticeable. Photocopys are immediately recognizable with "VOID".

They don't tell you the back of each page has the manufacturer's watermark.
The manufacturer's name is water marked on the rear of each sheet. I would not buy again as it devalues the originality of the transcript.
