I like the ease at which the unit can be used. What I am disappointed in is that the product does not offer a selection levels of vibrations. Also that the vibration appears to be located in the middle of the back area. It would be great if the massage area also covered the legs,

I work from home and have to sit there all day long. Usually, it causes the soreness in my shoulder and waist at the end of the day. My friend strongly recommended trying this massage pad. So I purchased and tried it on my couch and works great!This massage pad is foldable, portable and lightweight. I can easily place it in an office chair, on a sofa/couch, or on a bed. Personally, I find it best just to lay it flat on the ground, couch, or bed. It also looks like good quality, PU leather, making it easy to clean. It has 4 modes, neck, mid-back and waist, hips and thighs, or full body (ALL parts); 3 air intensities, low, medium, high. It massages my full body by air compression. The massage pad also has optional heating function and vibration. The heating, vibration and air compression together massage my lower back. The remote control is easy to operate, I love that I can press a button to have it massage where I need it the most.The best part is the neck massager. It is adjustable. I place it in the area between neck and shoulder. It squeeze-massages and really helps relieve upper trapezius muscle pain. It does feel like real hand-massaging and finger-pressing.I use the massage pad basically every night. I love it and it's something I look forward to after a hard day.

This just arrived today and I cannot imagine how I have lived without it! I feel like I have been to a masseuse.I need back surgery and have been in a substantial amount of pain and this machine alleviated all of those issues.The functions are easy to use and it has so many options! I was worried because I am a heavier person and I am short but everything worked beautifully.This company’s customer service is fabulous and they are extremely helpful.There are a o many combinations on this machine that you can use, they make it suitable for a large variety of ailments.Between the heat, vibration, and massage you truly do get a full body experience! I was having severe muscle spasms and those are gone.Whether you have health issues, you are aging, simply stressed or just want to pamper yourself this massage cushion is the perfect purchase.One or two trips to the masseuse can pay for this fabulous machine. You can’t go wrong with it, and I feel so pampered. I am so pleased I found this!

The massage piece was great but the dimensions did not seem to be a comfortable fit. I found that the neck and thigh parts when they expanded were too large and it ended up hurting a bit. It also did not quite fit in my car, however, I think if it fits your space (and your body) this would be a great massage chair! The massage itself and the concept are great and work well

I really love this back massager. After a few weeks of using it, It has helped me tremendously with my back problems. I have owned a few similar products like this in the past, but the particular way that this one is designed really seems to be the most effective. And of course It's super relaxing too!It's designed in a way where you can choose four different options: neck, upper back, lower back, or all three. And there are three different modes which you can use all at once, or separately: heat, vibration, and air massage. The air massage feature is where you really get the most benefit. It's probably the closest thing you're gonna get to an at-home chiropractic session in my opinion.Apparently there are multiple ways you can use it too, and the instruction manual shows how the straps can be used to attach it to a seat; in a car or perhaps at an office desk. Personally, I find it best just to lay it flat on the ground or on my bed.

I had a problem with the remote and was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received when I notified this company! They actually honored the warranty and sent me a replacement! I really like the heat and massage of this item! It's not very common to find a company that not only provides an excellent product, but also honors their warranty and provides such excellent customer service should an issue arise! Very impressed with this company/item!

I work at home all day long since the pandemic, my wife chooses this back massager to make my office chair more comfortable. Actually, it no only works great on my office chair, also fits my car seat well (the car adapter and wall outlet plug are included). I love its soft and comfy material. The air compression massager does not like the traditional massage with hard balls rolling around on the body, the feel of this squeezing massager on the neck back and hip woks great which no like the kneading kind of feel！It really easy to use, just strapped it to the seat, powered it up, sat down on it, you would felt relax immediately, I tried this out in my car last week to pick up my mom in a nearby city, I put this massager cushion on my driving seat, and change it on the passenger seat for my mom to enjoy it on the return journey, it got her high praises, she said her back stiffness and pain just faded away into bliss! Warning: On the driving seat, use the vibration and heat function only, do not use the air compression function for safety.on the passenger seat, all functions are available! The massager pad exceeded our expectations by miles! I want to buy the second one for my parent now, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a massage seat cushion to get relaxation and comfort.
