I love how simple the set up is. The cord is 6 feet long so there’s more than enough Length to be able to move around while doing your hair. I love that it has just one setting which is at 390° and it’s stable the entire time. Furthermore, it heats up at a minimum of 15 seconds up to 30 seconds. My hair is short and I have a pixie so the 0.7 inch ceramic plates work perfectly for my hair. This mini flat iron is very lightweight, perfect for travel, and it’s about the same size as the palm of my hand. Just the addition I needed to my hair products. This is a win win situation especially with the price.

I ordered this for travel purposes when my full-size one died. While the heating service is much smaller, it seems to be fine for my fairly short hair, and I find I’m using it daily at home. I’ve had it about 2 weeks, and, it seems very promising for my upcoming European trip in terms of smaller size, lighter weight, and voltage issues. While the temperature can’t be controlled, I haven’t found that a problem. It certainly gets hot enough for my needs. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because the exterior near the tip does get quite hot—too hot to hold. However, I find it doesn’t interfere with styling if you hold it toward the back, and, because of the smaller size, this seems to happen naturally. So far, so good. I recommend trying this, and the price is certainly right.

I really like the ceramic mini hair straightener. I use it for my bangs and it works great for that job. I no longer burn my hair or my scalp. It heats up quickly but takes longer to cool down. I’m very happy with it.

I have a beard and hair that I like to style occasionally, and this small, compact straightener is the perfect solution. Heats up in about 30 seconds, works as ot should.

It heats up quickly and does its job, but it has burned my skin when it had some contact in different situations. I use it mainly for my bangs, because for the rest of my hair is not much helpful. But it's a good savior for trips and emergencies.

A great tool for your hair. I just needed something small to straighten the front of my bangs and this works great! It’s runs smoothly, and heats up quickly. I also like the safety features! Great product.

Excelente plancha, me funciona perfecto, por su tamaño está perfecta para pelo muy corto o un medio largo, digamos que a la nuca o cuello, pero si tienes paciencia te sirve aún teniéndolo largo. Calienta rapidísimo y muy buena temperatura, no te quema, excelente para traerla en la bolsa o maleta, trae su bolsa de equipaje así que todavía mejor. El cable es de buena longitud cosa que te permite manipularla mejor. Por el costo es una super compra.

I have had teeh iron less than a year and use it on my fine hair pixie cut maybe 3x a week- the front plate melted (see picture) i contacted teh seller they told me to contact amazon- then amazon told me i was speaking to the seller. DO NOT BUY- dangerous item and a shady seller
