Does this case have an odor?

My case has NO noticeable odor on the outside at all. Thereis a slightodor from the inside foam packaging, smells like the antistatic material my computer printed circuit boards come in. Not very strong though. It is the black one, so I can't speak for any other color.

How do you label your usb's in this? I have sooo many! Thank you!

I label the USB with a permanent marker like #1 then have a record book that says #1= Christmas 2020

What material is the foam. Is it dense foam?

The interior is a soft rubberized foam, flexible with large and small rectangular slots to accommodate large and smaller framed flash drives. The foam is flexible to be easily removed from the box. The outside appears to be soft flexible plastic covered with well stitched cloth. In summation a excellent storage box for flash drives and SD cards.

How is this pouch for static that might destroy SD cards?

It is no different than any other case for SD cards and flash drives (no effect). However be careful around magnetic areas because magnetic fields can wipeout the data on both SD and flash drives.
