BrightFox Grapefruit And Ginger Vitamin Hydration Water, Still, 24 x 300 ml

I'm so impressed with BrightFox! Before I bought a pack I was always tired and having trouble getting through the day. I’d have coffee but it always left me feeling kind of nauseous or jittery. I tried all sorts of energy drinks like Red Bull and Monster and they made me feel even worse; my anxiety went through the roof and the stimulants and sugar would have me bouncing off the walls and I couldn't concentrate on anything. Whenever I need energy now I turn to BrightFox. This stuff is a GAME-CHANGER.

This Bright Fox (BF) 10.1 ounce hydration drink creates a refreshing beverage and the grapefruit-ginger variety has a good slightly spicy ginger note along with the dominant pleasantly strong citrus flavor. It tastes delicious without even a hint of sweetness. Also, there are no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, caffeine or taurine.For comparison, a 12 ounce bottle of G, a popular electrolyte replacement drink, has 80 calories, 22 grams of carbohydrates and 21 grams of sugar. Sodium is at 7 percent of daily value and potassium is at a level that does not register a daily value with no other trace minerals or vitamins.BF contains 6 percent daily value of zinc, 2 percent choline, 76 percent Vitamin B6, 100 percent Vitamin B5, 10 percent sodium, 6 percent Potassium and 10 percent Vitamin E. There are no calories and just 1 gram carbohydrate. The water is contained in an aluminum bottle and to estimate shelf-life the Best Before date is 7 months in the future, but dates will vary. Excellent.

OK so this definitely has a different taste that may not be for everyone... But I actually like it. The Grapefruit Ginger flavor is pretty tart/acidic and there's also an underlying saltiness to it. After my first sip, I was not so sure. But the more I drank it, the more I liked it and now I can confidently say I'm a fan!And, of course, the best part is that this is super, super hydrating and I can definitely tell how much more refreshed I feel as opposed to drinking plain water. It especially helped when I woke up with a headache one morning. I haven't had the opportunity to try this after a night of drinking alcohol yet, but I'm planning to save one for that inevitable time. I think it would be best to drink one before bed after drinking a few cocktails, but would also be good before an evening out so you start off hydrated.I love how sleek and simple the bottles are. I do think this water tastes a lot better chilled and I recommend keeping a couple bottles in the fridge.

I was really hoping to like this given that it has zero calories and no sugar, but the Ginger Grapefruit flavor is just too acidic for my tastes. It is true to it's name in that it has a bit of ginger spice and grapefruit acidity, but the overall combination just isn't appealing to me.The quality of the water is very good, though. I have no complaints at all about that.The bottles seem overly thick to me for a non-carbonated beverage. They are really nicely made, but it seems like a waste of aluminum with added shipping weight. At least you can recycle the bottles.So, good quality water, but I really recommend a different flavor unless you're a big fan of both ginger and grapefruit (and even then, I'm not sure that you'll like it).
